During their 25th anniversary season, the Panthers held a Military Appreciation Night on January 18, 2019, sending fans home with a slap bracelet memento. Military Appreciation Night wasn’t limited to one night in January, either. At every home game in the 2018-2019 season, one service member was honored as a “Hero Among Us,” receiving special recognition on the ice during the national anthem.
