During each Panthers home game, the Florida Panthers Foundation awards a Community Champions grant to a local nonprofit like the Museum of Discovery and Science. After receiving one such award, the Museum of Discovery used the money to launch the “Panther Prowl” Augmented Reality Experience. The interactive exhibit allows visitors to learn about the endangered Florida panther in a fun and engaging way. Museum president and CEO Joe Cox said, “We’re really excited about this new experience that we’ve been able to do thanks to the Florida Panthers Foundation. It’s absolutely amazing.”
