CATS ALUMNI TAKE ON THE NHL’S BEST

To celebrate the 2023 NHL All-Star Game in South Florida, Panthers alumni took on some of the greats in NHL history in a (mostly) friendly game at the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs. The Panthers stars included Hockey Hall of Fame goaltender Roberto Luongo playing as a forward. He was joined by Bill Lindsay, Bryan McCabe and Keith Yandle, among others. The NHL alumni were led by four-time All-Star Pierre Turgeon, three-time All-Star Patrick Marleau and two-time Stanley Cup champion Trevor Daley. The NHL alums won, 15-11, but the highlight belonged to Peter Worrell. The legendary Panthers tough guy and Hockey Director of the IceDen scored a hat trick, leading his teammates to throw their helmets on the ice.
