A PUCK WORTHY OF 3 ALL-STARS, 2000

Pavel Bure, Viktor Kozlov and Ray Whitney were all selected for the 50th NHL All-Star Game in 2000, the first time three Panthers players had been selected. During the game, Pavel Bure and his brother Valeri Bure (a future Panther) combined for six points, leading the World All-Stars to their first All-Star Game victory over the North American All-Stars. Pavel Bure was named the All-Star Game MVP. (The All-Star Game format has since changed, as teams are currently set by division.)
